HIPAA Compliance Requirements
VBCFinder™ is fully HIPAA compliant and runs within a HITRUST CSF Certified security envelope on top of Microsoft Azure. All partners must also follow HIPAA regulations regarding patient information and confidentiality. Data collection and storage must comply with federal and state regulations as well as data security best practices. Our partner care providers must ensure that any applicable waivers have been documented during the pursuit of value-based care.
